Notice Regarding Login Issues, “Code 16, 17, 18”

RECENT CHANGE

Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) implemented new requirements for user account information. If your mobile app uses BKFS’ service, the login on your app may be affected because they use the same account, and the login details must match.

Some users may have updated their login via BKFS Website, but not on the mobile app and will receive an error the next time they use the mobile app.

Note: The mobile app may be providing the user a message that the ‘security code’ is wrong (when the issue is most likely the username or password). Red Shed is aware of the incorrect messaging and working on a resolution.

If you are receiving a message that includes “code 16, 17 or 18” or indicates your Username, Password or Security Code are incorrect, click here.

A fix for this has been released for download. If your application is crashing, please visit the Google Play store and be sure you have downloaded the latest version.


Are you looking for a Security Code, Username or Password?

Our company only handles technical issues on the application and does not supply user accounts.

You need to contact the Title Company that sponsors your application.


I am trying to login and receiving a message my login is invalid (error code 16, 17 or 18).

  1. First, Log-in to the data service with the username and password you are trying to use on the application.
    Common Services:
    Fidelity Passport
    Ticor Online Pro
    TitlePro247
    Title Profile
  2. You may be asked to accept any agreements, or complete a profile when you log-in to the site above.
  3. Once you have verified your login, you may use the same username and password from step 1 on the application
    *NOTE, LOGINS ARE CASE SENSITIVE

I receiving a message that my security code has expired (error code 12).

Please contact the Title Company that sponsors your application to obtain a new security code.

We handle technical issues related to the application and are not able to provide user access information.
