Notice Regarding Login Issues, “Code 16, 17, 18”

Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) implemented new requirements for user account information and passwords expire every 90 days.  The password update takes place on BKFS’ website, and some users may have updated their login the website, but not on the mobile app (and the password must match). Users will receive an error the next time they use the mobile app, and be unable to pull reports until they update their stored mobile password.

Our company only handles technical issues on the application and does not supply user accounts.

You need to contact the Title Company that sponsors your application.

  1. First, Log-in to the data service with the username and password you are trying to use on the application.
    Common Services:
    Fidelity Passport
    Ticor Online Pro
    TitlePro247
    Title Profile
  2. You may be asked to accept any agreements, or complete a profile when you log-in to the site above.
  3. Once you have verified your login, you may use the same username and password from step 1 on the application
    *NOTE, LOGINS ARE CASE SENSITIVE
