Admin Portal: Remove a Rep

! IMPORTANT NOTE !  If you remove a rep from the system, customers connecting to the app with their security code will no longer have access. There is an option to transfer the code to another rep, so that customers will still remain active and have a rep in the company to contact.

To transfer a code,

  1. Login to pfadmin.redshedtech.com
  2. Select Title Reps
  3. Select the Transfer button (you may need to use the scrollbar at the bottom of your browser window to see the Transfer column)
  4. Select the checkbox next to the code you wish to transfer
  5. From the Dropdown select a Rep to transfer the code to.
    NOTE for ORG Admins: Codes can only be transferred to a rep in the same office
  6. Select Transfer Code

To delete a rep,

  1. Login to pfadmin.redshedtech.com
  2. Select Title Reps
  3. Select the Delete button (“x”) (you may need to use the scrollbar at the bottom of your browser window to see the Delete column)

Admin Portal: Add a New Rep

  1. Login to pfadmin.redshedtech.com
  2. Select Title Reps
  3. Select +New User
  4. Fields denoted with red are required
    ! IMPORTANT NOTE ! Username and Password are for the REP to login to pfadmin.redshedtech.com to view usage on their security code. It is required to add this information, whether or not you provide it to reps is up to you.
  5. Name, Email Address, Primary Phone will be linked to the “contact us” button on the app.
